Very often, especially in the light of our experience, many public sector entities (line ministries, agencies and parastatals) have not been able to achieve the objectives for which they were established because of the colossal waste in the huge public fund made available to them. It is against this background and in the light of the current government reforms, that this course is specially designed to reverse the trend. With this course, public sector managers will be exposed to practical knowledge and skills for them to change and become more prudent in the management of public funds.
